In 2021 and probably all of 2022, this course will be completely online and self-paced. A live and in-person version of the course may be back in winter 2022.
Spanning 14 modules and around 28-30 hours of learning, this course will cover key topics in production, processing, & marketing to produce high-quality meat and sell to diverse market channels.
