Western Meat School 2021 will be 100% online in a self-paced format. There are no live classes, all content is pre-recorded from the last time we offered in the course in 2020. You can watch the classes whenever you want from the comfort of your home.
There will be approximately fourteen one hour modules in this short course, with additional discussion questions, handouts, resource guides, and monthly office hours. Expect around 28-30 hours total of course content.
The fully online class in 2021 will cost $100 per person.
Access to all presentations and recordings, handouts, discussions and chats, a private group listserv, and monthly office hours with three experts in their field.
Registration will be through Oregon State University Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) website. Look for registration to go live on March 15, 2021.
This is a non-credit short course, however a Certificate of Completion will be available if you finish all of the course content within a 6 month time frame after signing up.
